Graphic Designer

//  We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Dallas, TX or Williamsburg, NY. 

The ideal candidate works well both within a creative team and as a self-starter. They are comfortable in all phases of great design from conception to completion with all mediums in mind. This candidate should have expert understanding of Adobe Suite, an innovative, strategic thinking ability, as well as be able to juggle multiple projects at one time while meeting hard and fast deadlines with ease. 

In this position, the Graphic Designer will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of brands and products across luxury and consumer lifestyle accounts. 

Responsibilities Include:
>> Work closely with the team to conceptualize and design visually arresting work for our clients in any medium, including but not limited to: print, outdoor, digital, web, branded content, and experiential
>> Demonstrate mastery of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
>> Have a passion and knack for hand-drawn illustrations
>> Follow existing processes and procedures and speak up to suggest new approaches to delivering top results  
>> Drive a standard of superior quality in presentation and final product 
>> Meet hard deadlines and be highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail
>> Be able to develop new approaches to complex design problems and to present designs in the form of comps

Business Development

//  This is an associate level position, responsible for supporting the agency team in meeting and exceeding revenue goals by prospecting, generating leads, opening conversations with prospective clients, qualifying leads and opening opportunities.  


>> Meet and exceed weekly prospect, lead generation and outbound call quotas to identify decision makers and qualify potential opportunities.
>> Conduct in-depth research on new business prospects, and leads past marketing campaigns and corporate announcements, marketing channels and biographies, to find useful insights for finding the decision maker and further pitching new business opportunities.
>> Insure data entry of all potentials, leads and accounts along with status updates and tracking on department initiatives to the companies CRM and Project Management systems.
>> Report weekly company forecasts.
>> Prepare sales materials, pitch/proposal materials and fulfill RFP's, contracts and client communications pertaining to new business.
>> Draft client and internal correspondence to secure contract signatures, accounting set up, and on boarding new clients to the account service department.
>> Perform ad hoc administrative support such as: phone coverage, filing, expenses, calendar, contact database management, travel arrangements Occasional support additional sales employees in remote offices as needed.


>> Strong phone presence and excellent oral communication skills
>> BA or equivalent required
>> Strong knowledge of Keynote and or PowerPoint, Adobe, Excel and CRM database/project management software
>> Very strong writing skills and proofreading abilities
