Associate Creative Director

// In this position the Associate Creative Director will produce their own design work as well as lead, inspire and mentor a growing team of creatives working on a diverse portfolio of consumer brands, products and lifestyle accounts. They will be responsible for fostering creativity and promoting accountability throughout the agency. Ensuring that the integrity and sophisticated taste of the agency is present in all creative, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at one time to meet hard and fast deadlines with ease.

Responsibilities Include:

>>Create a range of concepts and designs for each project, providing clear direction and a partnership approach with multiple team members and departments to ensure the direction and visual presentation supports the concept
>>Collaborate with Account Service/Project Management team to build schedules and scopes that meet deadlines and budgets, as well as allocate project workload, direct and evaluate the work of the staff
>>Collaborate with both internal teams and vendors such as developers on websites to drive excellence in UX, UI in order to build performance while maintaining brand point of view
>>Drive a standard of superior quality in preparing presentations and final product
>>Continually deliver the spirit of creativity and collaboration to the team that results in stellar results, mentoring and growing junior creative team members
>>Offer continuing education to the team for a mastery of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
>>Follow existing processes and procedures, as well as enhance standards with new approaches to deliver top results

Requirements:

>>6+ years agency experience
>>Bachelor Degree in Graphic Arts or related field
>>Expert knowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
>>Proven ability to manage relationships and drive process
>>Motivation, decisiveness, organizational skills are a must

Salary is commensurate with a boutique agency and includes base salary and milestone based earned profit sharing.

Graphic Designer

//  We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. 

The ideal candidate works well both within a creative team and as a self-starter. They are comfortable in all phases of great design from conception to completion with all mediums in mind. This candidate should have expert understanding of Adobe Suite, an innovative, strategic thinking ability, as well as be able to juggle multiple projects at one time while meeting hard and fast deadlines with ease. 

In this position, the Graphic Designer will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of brands and products across luxury and consumer lifestyle accounts. 

Responsibilities Include:
>> Work closely with the team to conceptualize and design visually arresting work for our clients in any medium, including but not limited to: print, outdoor, digital, web, branded content, and experiential
>> Demonstrate mastery of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
>> Have a passion and knack for hand-drawn illustrations
>> Follow existing processes and procedures and speak up to suggest new approaches to delivering top results  
>> Drive a standard of superior quality in presentation and final product 
>> Meet hard deadlines and be highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail
>> Be able to develop new approaches to complex design problems and to present designs in the form of comps

Business Development

//  This is an associate level position, responsible for supporting the agency team in meeting and exceeding revenue goals by prospecting, generating leads, opening conversations with prospective clients, qualifying leads and opening opportunities.  

Responsibilities:

>> Meet and exceed weekly prospect, lead generation and outbound call quotas to identify decision makers and qualify potential opportunities.
>> Conduct in-depth research on new business prospects, and leads past marketing campaigns and corporate announcements, marketing channels and biographies, to find useful insights for finding the decision maker and further pitching new business opportunities.
>> Insure data entry of all potentials, leads and accounts along with status updates and tracking on department initiatives to the companies CRM and Project Management systems.
>> Report weekly company forecasts.
>> Prepare sales materials, pitch/proposal materials and fulfill RFP's, contracts and client communications pertaining to new business.
>> Draft client and internal correspondence to secure contract signatures, accounting set up, and on boarding new clients to the account service department.
>> Perform ad hoc administrative support such as: phone coverage, filing, expenses, calendar, contact database management, travel arrangements Occasional support additional sales employees in remote offices as needed.

Qualifications:

>> Strong phone presence and excellent oral communication skills
>> BA or equivalent required
>> Strong knowledge of Keynote and or PowerPoint, Adobe, Excel and CRM database/project management software
>> Very strong writing skills and proofreading abilities
>> Strong phone presence and excellent oral communication skills
>> Highest level of professionalism and self-confidence
>> Skilled at presenting ideas clearly and listening effectively
>> Propensity to think creatively, strategically, and holistically 
>> Superior time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
>> Self motivated with a team approach philosophy
>> Agency experience is a plus
